Our chefs have taken beloved Italian and American classics and added their culinary flair. We are extremely passionate about utilizing only the freshest and highest quality of ingredients while providing the best service to our guests.
We are allergy friendly We at Evviva take all allergen needs very seriously and pride ourselves on accommodating ALL guests with Allergies. This is accomplished through preparing dishes to order in our scratch kitchens, utilizing allergen picks and only having management deliver allergy-safe dishes. Our management teams have current certifications for Food Safety and Allergen Awareness, and all employees receive extensive allergy awareness training to ensure guest safety. A large portion of our core menu can be made gluten-free as shown on our Gluten Free enu.
